There will be plenty of college basketball for Aggie fans this week as UC Davis men's and women's teams return to action.

The Aggie men, 1-1, come home for the first time Tuesday night against Menlo College.

Game time in the University Credit Union Center is 6 p.m.

The men then head into the Atlantic Coast Conference on Sunday with a 1 p.m. date at Stanford.

The Aggie women, also 1-1, will be at Stanford Wednesday at 7 p.m., then travel to Bozeman Sunday to take on Montana State before coming home Nov. 20 for a 6 p.m. Causeway Classic battle with Sacramento State.

The men opened with two games on the road, dropping a 79-73 decision at Washington, then rallying late to take down Idaho, 79-75.

Senior guard TY Johnson is second in the nation in Division I scoring at 32.5 points a game and was named as the Big West Player of the Week.

Ryan Kalkbrenner of Creighton leads the nation at 36.5 points a game.

Pablo Tamba averages 12.0 points a game, while Niko Rocak adds 10.0 rebounds and 8.5 points. Leo DeBruhl has 9.5 points a game.

The Aggies have struggled from the field, hitting 38.6 percent of their field goals overall and just 24.1 percent from 3-point range.
