SANTA BARBARA ... TY Johnson hit four straight free throws in the final 14 seconds as UC Davis held off a spirited UC Santa Barbara rally to take a 64-60 Big West men's basketball decision before a crowd of 1,081 in the Thunderdome.
The win, the second on a Central Coast road trip that produced a win at Cal Poly Thursday night, moves UCD to 5-3 in league play and 11-8 overall.
The Gauchos are now 4-3 and 12-6.
