A frustrating vote-counting process is in need of a fix

There are a number of excellent reasons why we should change the way California accepts and counts mail-in ballots.

Donald Trump’s complaint that the current vote-counting process has given California the time to create massive voter fraud is not among them.

Trump has already gone so far as to order the U.S. Postal Service not to deliver mail-in ballots in those states that refuse to bend to his will as to how elections should be conducted.

The U.S. Constitution be damned.
