SEATTLE

My friend Rick sent me a note today asking “Aside from the game, how was your visit to Seattle?”

Which, of course, is the modern-day version of "Other than that Mrs. Lincoln, how did you enjoy the play?"

The visit, with my son Mick, who serves as my Substack managing editor and chief photographer, is wonderful.

We left a day early and have stayed an extra day or two just so we can enjoy all that Seattle has to offer.
