Trump orders the Postal Service not to deliver California’s ballots if we won’t genuflect at his every command
The feds desperately want your voter information and the reasons are not pretty
“Postal Service Seeks to Block Mail Ballots in States Resisting Trump Demands,” said the disturbing headline over The New York Times story by Adam Sella and Nick Corasaniti.
I mean, did you ever in your lifetime think you’d see a headline like this?
Yes, obviously sensing that his party may be in a bit of trouble come the midterms in early November, the President of the United States is willing to pull every lever within his reach to tilt the election in his favor.
Wrote Sella and Corasaniti, “The U.S. Postal Service has proposed a new rule that would allow it to refuse to deliver mail ballots in states that don’t turn over voter rolls to the federal government.”
And why does the federal government want the voter rolls from all 50 states, given that the U.S. Constitution specifies that it’s the states that should be determining the times, places and manner of their own elections?
Let me count the ways.
